Eagle Painting on 5 Mil (36 Gauge) Copper Foil.
This beautiful painting of an eagle on copper was created by Ronald Sheldon of Goldendale, Washington. The painting is on an 8" x 8" square of 5 mil copper foil. He uses a torch and acid bath to create the unique coloring of the copper, then he burnishes off the patina to paint on the bare surface.
