Shipping & Returns


All orders of in-stock merchandise purchased before 5 P.M. usually ship within 24 hours or by next business day.

Our website provides UPS real-time rates and USPS Priority Mail rates. If you would prefer to have your package shipped another way, we will gladly accommodate you if possible. If you email us after placing your order to let us know of your preference, we will respond with your shipping cost and will update your order total to reflect this.


At Basic Copper, we want to be sure you are happy with your order!

If you are unsure of the thickness of copper you would like to order, please check out our thickness guide . We also offer small samples free of charge while supplies last. If you have any questions, please email us for more information.

If you are not satisfied with your order, return it to us within 30 days in the same condition and packaging that it arrived in, and we will issue a refund (For patina sheets there is a 25% restocking fee and a 25% order cancellation fee...see our patina sheet return policy here .) Special orders and international orders are exempt from this policy- they are non-refundable (Special orders are also subject to a 25% order cancellation fee). The buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the problem resulted from our error. Feel free to email us if you have any questions.
