SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All orders of in-stock merchandise purchased before 5 P.M. usually ship within 24 hours or by next business day.
Our website provides UPS real-time rates and USPS Priority Mail rates. If you would prefer to have your package shipped another way, we will gladly accommodate you if possible. If you email us after placing your order to let us know of your preference, we will respond with your shipping cost and will update your order total to reflect this.
DAMAGED ORDERS:
Our of orders are packaged with exceptional care and almost always arrive without damage. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by email or phone. We ship all orders with insurance and our packaging exceeds the requirements of carriers in regards to protective padding, so we will proceed with a damage claim with the carrier if damage does occur. If the outer box/ packaging shows signs of damage, please take a photo and contact us before opening the package. If the damage is noted upon opening the package, please reserve the box and all packaging materials, as they will be required for the insurance claim. You must contact us within 12 business days of receiving your package so that the claim is opened in the time frame allowed by our shippers. Once a claim has been started, the carrier will contact you to confirm the damage and collect the damaged order. If the damage is not reported within 12 business days of receiving the package, if all of the original packaging materials are not kept with the damaged order for pick up, and/or if the carrier is not able to reach you to confirm the damage, then we will not be able to provide a refund or replacement.

If you are unsure of the thickness of copper you would like to order, please check out our thickness guide . We also offer small samples free of charge while supplies last. If you have any questions, please email us for more information.
If you are not satisfied with your order, most items can be returned to us within 30 days. The item must be unaltered and undamaged, and shipped with the same level of protection that it arrived in. We recommend that you ship with insurance in the case of damage during the return transit. The following are exceptions to this policy: The copper trim and molding, patina sampler packs, wall plates/ switch plates are subject to 50% restocking fee, patina copper sheets are subject to a 25% restocking fee and a 25% order cancellation fee. 22 Mil patina sheets, orders of over 5 patina sheets, and orders of over 5 pieces of trim or molding are not returnable. There are other exclusions for refunds for patina sheets: see our patina sheet return policy here . Special orders and international orders are exempt from this policy- they are non-refundable.
