How to Order:
Begin by selecting the thickness you would like to order by using the menu to the left. They are listed in order from the thinnest available
to the thickest
. Once you have clicked on your selection, you will be directed to a page listing all of the sizes available in that thickness in order from the narrowest width at the top through the widest width at the bottom. When you find the item you would like to order, click on the "add to cart" button. Do this for each item you would like, and then when you are ready to checkout, click the "view cart" button located at the top and bottom of your screen. From there, enter the information needed to process your order. Please let us know if you have any questions!
If you do not see the size or thickness that you are looking for, please contact us. We may be able to provide exactly what you need. If we do not have it in stock, we will work with you on putting together a custom order.

All orders of in-stock merchandise purchased before 5 P.M. usually ship within 24 hours or by next business day.
Our website provides UPS real-time rates and USPS Priority Mail rates. If you would prefer to have your package shipped another way, we will gladly accommodate you if possible. If you email us after placing your order to let us know of your preference, we will respond with your shipping cost and will update your order total to reflect this.ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
We do accept international orders! Please contact us for your shipping options and for more information. Please keep in mind that a customs, duties or taxes fee is often assessed by your country upon delivery. If you are not satisfied with your order, return it to us within 30 days in the same condition and packaging that it arrived in, and we will issue a refund (For patina sheets there is a 35% restocking fee and a 25% order cancellation fee). Special orders, and international orders are exempt from this policy- they are non-refundable (Special orders are also subject to a 25% order cancellation fee).
